Practical trades. Lifelong brotherhood.

We pair Cincinnati teenagers with thirty neighborhood elders for weekly carpentry benches, commercial kitchen shifts, and direct guidance away from street traps.

Neighborhood presence

Teens run commercial line stations, master knife skills, and prepare community meals while building high-stress teamwork, precision, and foundational hospitality discipline.

Apprentices learn joinery, blueprint measurement, and power-tool safety under experienced craftsmen, producing durable benches and finished wood goods for local community spaces.

Trusted mentors walk neighborhood corridors weekly, mediating peer conflicts, intercepting retaliatory violence, and offering immediate safe alternatives for teenagers at critical crossroads.

Boots On The Ground

Real tools replace street traps with discipline, trade mastery, and lifelong respect.

Supported by Greater Cincinnati's Boots on the Ground Fund, our coalition meets youth directly in their own neighborhoods with unconditional presence and practical pathways.
