Brothas Inc brings together a network of men and women whose friendships span decades across local Cincinnati neighborhoods. Our diverse personal, professional, and trade backgrounds form a solid foundation for mentoring young people.

We combine authentic brotherhood with hands-on skill building like woodworking and culinary instruction, replacing street traps with tangible alternatives and trusted elders.

We don't talk down to our young people; we put tools in their hands and stand right beside them every single day.
